The PenClip is an IDEX 3d Printed product. IDEX meaning "Independent Dual Extrusion".

The PenClip printing process utilizes two independent print heads which fuses the hard material of the clip (PCTG) with the flexible material (TPU) of the penholder. Thus providing a strong grip with a gentle hold. This is not a mass produced injection molded product. Each PenClip takes approximately 50 minutes to print. You will experience a pleasant snap when reinserting your marker into the clip which lets you know it is exactly where you know it will be next time you reach for it.
